We have temporarily stopped handling or inspecting defective products. Please do not bring items back to the store. If you have a defective product, please take the following steps and a KCR staff member will contact you after assessing the issue:

  • Take a photo with time and date stamp

  • Hold onto the product and all original packaging

  • Email with your contact information, the photo, information about the product, and the issue(s) you are having
