Register with the DOH Physician Registry.

Complete one of the approved certification courses provided by one of the four approved resources:

Consult and evaluate if your patient is a candidate for MMJ

THE PHYSICIAN’S RECOMMENDATION

The physician’s role in the MMJ program is to attest that the patient has one of the qualifying conditions and evaluate if marijuana would be a good course of treatment for your patient to pursue
